The clients and homeowners of the residence near Seward Park love their existing home, but do not love the way it looks. This month, construction begins to complete the exterior reclad. Currently, as you can see in the below image, the home is mostly a red box shape with little character. The owners hope to explore a new exterior design that highlights a contemporary aesthetic. And we hope to bring their home from glum to glam with an exterior makeover. With the proposed new material palette, the home will have a much better curb appeal complete with a custom entry awning. This will be a total transformation when the project is finished and we cannot wait to share the process with you.
