Gingerbread is a classic Christmas staple and although we appreciate its many forms, men, snaps, and sometimes even cake, our favorite form is the house. Are you surprised? We are architects after all. While building gingerbread houses isn't exactly like building a real home, we do appreciate the intricacy and meticulous design that goes into building a true gingerbread house masterpiece.
