Minimalist Bling?

While, we are on the subject of minimalism... I found these images of Kanye West's new NYC apartment via Dezeen Magazine. Surprisingly, he has gone against type and selected minimalist master Claudio Silvestrin (That's right, the same Claudio Silvestrin from my last post). Instead of over the top gaudy interiors favored by most of his peers, or something preppy to suit his image, Kanye has opted to once again surprise critics with his choice of a minimalist architect.
