Last year, when C and I went to Tokyo, we tried to coincide our trip with the cherry blossom blooming season. Unfortunately, when we arrived there wasn't much left in the way of blossoms; a few blooming trees, but not the forests of cherry blossoms I had imagined. It turns out we didn't need to go all the way to Japan, because the University of Washington has a fair number of these lovely trees. I've been enjoying them everyday on my walk to work. In fact, I like them so much, that I think I might try to plant one, once we get our new house. They are probably out of my price range, but I think it would be worth the investment..
We try to be respectful of others' images and projects, so if anyone has any problem with any post contact us and we will remove it as soon as possible.
