Owners of the Wallingford home are looking to make their current residence more usable according to their daily needs. They are attracted to wallpaper and statement pieces in what would otherwise be a very simple, traditional room. The rooms will be used as an informal private retreat with smart storage solutions to keep their space organized and functional. Happy Mood Board Monday!

Mood Board Monday features a Queen Anne Remodel. The homeowners are wanting modern comfort in their expanded home. We plan on adding character back into the house with a craftsman style. Generally, the home will have an informal look but with a baby grand piano and gas fireplace in the living room area, it will have a welcoming and formal touch where needed.
Home owners in Mercer Island are expanding their home as they are expanding their family. The couple are expecting a baby! The remodel will add a modern or contemporary look to the house while keeping the aesthetic simple and clean. Open functional spaces accommodate house guests and leave the guests with an airy or open first impression.
Happy Mood Board Monday! This week we are featuring our Carriage House project. A full second story addition and a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) are being added the the Queen Anne residence. Traditional, yet, dramatic stairs and windows will be used on the space with an eyebrow dormer roof design. The curved roof will add an aesthetically pleasing, soft detail.
A 1950's split level home in Leshi is getting a remodel and addition. The entire interior is being gutted, a story is being added, and we are re-working the entry sequence from the street. When complete, the current top floor will be reworked so that it has two generous bedrooms as well as a master suite. Public areas are pushed to the new top story with lots of windows allowing a view over Lake Washington, Mercer Island, and Mt. Rainier. With some of the best views of the area, the single-family remodel will take advantage of the amazing property benefits. Stay tuned to see the progress of the Leshi neighborhood home!
Our Kirkland remodel project is in the works. In order to keep the exterior look of the home cohesive and modern, the exterior has a mid-century inspired aesthetic. Dark colors give the house a chic style and an uncomplicated feel. Happy Mood Board Monday!
Mood Board Monday features a residential remodel in Mount Baker Ridge. To represent the owner's want of a warm home with modern amenities we compiled a Mood Board. The contemporary home contains Pacific Northwest wood textures to soften the contemporary design. Happy Mood Board Monday!
Our featured project this month is our Pacific Northwest Contemporary Home. This project is an 8’-12’ extension out the rear of the house to accommodate rearranging the kitchen/dining/great room/powder room and improving the connection to the exterior. We are providing a new deck off the front to take advantage of the view as well as a new second story; including a master suite with deck, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and a laundry room. Stay tuned for more featured projects!
