Back in September, we shared a mood board with you of our project, Hitchcock Deli. The project is moving forward  and we are advancing into the construction phase! The 1,120 square foot ground floor space is being revamped into a deli.When the space is complete the restaurant will include banquette seating, booths, and a sandwich bar. Hitchcock will feel like a classic butcher shop with a modern flair.  Be sure to stay tuned for more construction updates!

Hitchcock Deli. located in Georgetown, provides sandwiches, salads. and catering. Using local and organic foods, Hitchcock Deli promises to provide food free of GMOs and pesticides. We wanted to create a mood board that matched Hitchcock Deli's natural but hardy character. Happy Mood Board Monday!
